I saw a post online many years ago about what is now the Mavam unit, hard to remember exactly but it was trial machine somewhere in the US with a scruffy picture showing rudimentary version the unit below. It wasn’t particularly refined, kinda looked like a transformer had left its arms on the kitchen side. Nothing like what we have here today. As soon as i saw them hit the North i got in touch to see if i could get a look inside one of the lil naughties.

A few weeks later i popped down to London to meet the UK tech and sales team lead by a Lovely Aussie fella (louis) and I can tell you its not just a pretty face your paying for. It has some serious tech additions all pointed in the direction temp stability. Unlike other American imports, Trump, Kanye, this bitch stable. To one degree. That being said you will need to have pockets as deep as Trump or Kanye to be able to afford one. Not sure if i should actually say the figures but take a Marzocco…. an already expensive machine aaaaand double it.
